  • + Registration and Lesson Slots

    • All students must be registered in ACTIVE prior to beginning lessons in any given term.   No lessons will be taught by a teacher until registration is complete for the given term.
    • Registration periods for each term are posted on Cadek’s academic calendar and will open at least 2 weeks before the term, and close 3 weeks after the beginning of any given term.
    • Lesson Days and Times (aka “Lesson Slots”) are agreed upon by the families and instructors directly, and are scheduled on a first come, first served basis.

    • Teachers are not required to reschedule lessons missed by the students.  No refunds will be given for missed lessons by the student.
